Mr. Merritt is the General Manager and Founder of MCG International LLC, a professional services organization focused on delivering objective analysis and deployable solutions.
He has over 12 years experience as a financial, operational and information systems executive with proven understanding in assisting clients with designing, developing and implementing operations solutions.
Prior to founding MCG International LLC, Mr. Merritt was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Beal Service Corporation focused on driving operational efficiencies through technology initiatives and process re-engineering.
He has lead numerous successful ERP system implementations including Oracle, OSI, Microsoft Great Plains as well as custom quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay solutions during his career.
His industry experience includes, financial services, energy, telecommunications, manufacturing, and high tech.
Mr. Merritt holds Bachelor Degrees in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas.
